MyQuitly - App-Specific Terms
Health Information Disclaimer
MyQuitly is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The app provides tools and information to support your quit smoking journey, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
User Responsibilities
By using MyQuitly, you agree to:
- Consult a healthcare professional before making health decisions
- Provide accurate information about your smoking habits
- Understand that results may vary between individuals
- Not rely solely on the app for smoking cessation
Data Accuracy
The reduction plans and statistics provided by MyQuitly are based on the information you provide. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or the success of the reduction plan.
Premium Features
MyQuitly offers optional premium features (MyQuitly+) as a subscription. Premium features include advanced analytics, additional gamification elements, and priority support.
ForeverTold - App-Specific Terms
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all stories, audio recordings, and content you create in ForeverTold. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the service
- Create transcriptions and exports as requested by you
- Share content with collaborators you explicitly invite
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any person's privacy rights
- Contains defamatory or illegal content
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property
Sharing and Collaboration
When you invite collaborators to your stories, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from all parties whose stories are being recorded.
Export and Backup
We recommend regularly exporting your stories. While we implement robust backup systems, we are not liable for any data loss.
Premium Features
ForeverTold offers premium features including AI-generated illustrations, voice cloning for audiobooks, and additional export options as in-app purchases.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stargate Innovationhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
